Charito F. Rodriguez, Managing Attorney

C F Rodriguez Law Office was founded by Atty. Charito F. Fariñas-Rodriguez.

Atty. Rodriguez holds an AB International Studies degree from Miriam College and received her law degree from Arellano Law Foundation, Manila. While waiting for the bar exam result, she, together with her partners, incorporated a consulting group now known as First Pinnacle Marketing and Consultancy, Inc., a consulting firm providing a wide range of consulting services to domestic and foreign corporations since 2007. She is currently one of its directors and the company's Corporate Secretary.

After passing the bar, she worked as apprentice lawyer in a prestigious law firm in Makati City for one year and after which established C F Rodriguez Law Office in January 2008.

Atty. Rodriguez specializes in energy and mining laws. She is also well-adept in civil, labor, and corporate cases.

Armed with wide-range experience in the corporate set-up, she provides extensive business counseling, and has been involved in the settlement of compliance issues and contract negotiation of numerous service contracts – on oil and gas, with the Department of Energy.

It was her dream to put up a mid-sized law firm that will cater to domestic and international organizations as well as to fellow Filipinos here and abroad.  She felt the need to provide competent and trustworthy legal advise and services to overseas Filipinos needing legal assistance in their financial and real estate transactions in the Philippines.

She envisioned an international law firm that shall comprise of a team of lawyers who will unequivocally protect their clients’ interest and work towards building enduring relationships based on trust and dedication to fulfill commitments.

She founded C F Rodriguez Law Office in the sincere hope of delivering the kind of service that will exceed clients’ expectations and provide unparalleled value for both individuals and corporate organizations.
