Charito F. Fariñas-Rodriguez, LL.M.

Charito holds an AB International Studies degree from Miriam College and received her law degree from Arellano Law Foundation, Manila.

After passing the bar, she worked as apprentice lawyer in a prestigious law firm in Makati City, Philippines and later on established C F Rodriguez Law Office in January 2008.

She took her Masters of Laws at the Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. and graduated in 2013.

Charito is a leading lawyer in the field of energy (oil and gas, coal, renewable energy and power generation) and have assisted various entities and corporations in the areas of legal compliance, regulation and contracts negotiation, and structuring private public partnership projects.

She envisioned an international law firm that shall comprise of a team of lawyers and legal practitioners who will unequivocally protect their clients’ interest and work towards building enduring relationships based on trust and dedication to fulfil commitments.
